Our Commitment We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are based in the EU or Ireland, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after the return window has closed
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Return Shipping Customers outside the EU are responsible for return shipping costs. For EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal, we will cover return shipping
